The YouBiz Referral Programme rewards existing YouBiz users for inviting other business owners to sign up with YouBiz. Existing YouBiz users can send their unique referral code via their YouBiz dashboard, and share it with family and friends who are business owners to YouBiz and get a S$50 reward for each completed referral.

For existing users:
Share your referral code with anyone who isn’t an existing YouBiz user or has not signed up before. The code is located on the ‘Rewards’ section of the navigation bar or on the right-hand carousel when you log in.
Is there a cap on the number of referrals I can make?
Good news, there isn’t! You can make as many referrals as you like while the Programme is ongoing, and will receive S$50 upon each completed referral.
How long is my referral code valid?
Each company would have a unique referral code that will not expire.
How can I keep track of the status of my referral rewards?
All successful referral rewards will be reflected in your transaction history. You will also be able to see the credit transaction reflected as ‘Referral’.
For new users:
Input the unique referral code given to you during the signing-up process.
How do I sign up?
Apply for a new YouBiz account for your business here. You can sign up via Singpass (MyInfo Business) or choose to complete your sign-up manually. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 to 2 working days.
If you are making a payment, you may also sign up by clicking the link. A referral code will be immediately applied for you. Any eligible rewards will be reflected once requirements are met.
How do I qualify for the referral reward?
It’s simple! Just make a card purchase of S$5 or more (or the equivalent in another currency) within 90 days of account approval. Virtual cards are ready to use instantly, while physical cards—if pre-ordered—will be delivered to your company’s address within 5 to 7 working days.
When will I receive my referral reward?
The referral rewards will be automatically credited to your default SGD sub-account upon making your very first $5 transaction (minimum) within 90 days after account approval. You will also be able to see the credit transaction on your transaction list under the transaction type ‘Referral’.
For referrals from YouTrip users:

Click on the grey banner on your app homepage, afterwards you will see a referral code which you can copy and share with interested business owners. We’ve made it easy with extra buttons to your favourite messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram & Facebook Messenger.

How can I keep track of the status of my referral rewards?
Referral reward capped at S$500 (10 referrals) per YouTrip user. YouTrip users can track the number of successful referrals made based on the S$50 referral reward via their mobile app.
Referral rewards will be credited to both referrer and referee, upon approval of referee’s YouBiz account and minimum card spend of S$5 in a single transaction within 90 days after account approval. For e.g. the new YouBiz user’s account was approved on 1 January 2024, the user has until 30 March 2024 to make their first spend of minimum S$5. If the user only made a card spend of S$5 on 25 March 2024. Referral reward will be credited after 25 March 2024, and no later than 25 April 2024.
