How to make an overseas transfer via the Web DashBoard?
- Go to the Overseas Transfer page.
- Click on “Add Overseas Recipient”.
3. Enter recipient details and click on “Continue” button.
4. Review the details on “Confirmation” page and click “Confirm”.
5. Select the transfer recipient.
6. Select the source YouBiz account to transfer from and enter the transfer amount.
a. “Deduct charges from amount recipient receives” checkbox is an option to charge the transfer fees to the recipient.
b. “I want to send payment advice for this transfer” checkbox is an option to send a payment advice to an email address.
7. Enter all required fields.
8. Click on “Continue” button to submit the form and proceed.
9. Review and verify the transfer details on the “Confirmation” page.
10. Enter and submit the SMS OTP received on the registered phone number; or (if enabled) TOTP generated by the Authenticator App.
11. Successful overseas transfer will reach the recipient within 3-4 days.
How to make an overseas transfer via the YouBiz Application?
1. Tap on “Transfer”.
2. Tap on “Overseas Transfer”.
3. Select the transfer recipient. Note: Adding overseas recipients is only available on Web at the moment.
4. Select the source YouBiz account to transfer from and enter the transfer amount.
5. Select the purpose of payment.
6. “I want to send payment advice for this transfer” checkbox is an option to send a payment advice to an email address.
7. Review and verify the transfer details on the “Confirmation” page.
8. Enter and submit the SMS OTP received on the registered phone number; or (if enabled) TOTP generated by the Authenticator App.
9. Successful overseas transfer will reach the recipient within 3-4 days.
