For local transfers, you can send money to any local bank account by first adding the account recipient.

Select the Local Transfer option on the Dashboard
Select the recipient to send to or add a local recipient
Input the amount and currency
Verify all details before sending

If the recipient is also a DBS Account holder, the transfer can be facilitated in any of the 9 supported currencies (SGD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, HKD, JPY, CHF, THB).

If the recipient is not a DBS Account holder, the transfer can only be done in SGD.
