Within YouBiz, there are 4 types of user roles, with different permissions and functionalities. If you are the one applying for a YouBiz account, you will automatically be the Admin.
Admin users hold the most permissions, followed by Finance, Accountant, and General user.
As an Admin, you can view and manage everything including:
- Internal Exchange & Local Transfer
- Overseas Transfer
- Card Control & Account Activities
- Manage Approvals
You will also be able to assign the following roles to your members:
