Update the App:
Make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed, as updates may include improvements to notification settings.
It is necessary to log in and maintain an active session on your mobile device. If you choose to click "Log Out" on mobile, you will cease to receive notifications. However, you can securely close the app without logging out. In the next session, we will prompt you to enter your password and OTP or complete a biometric login to ensure account security.
Additionally, for enhanced security and convenience, we recommend setting up biometrics through the settings to access your account more securely and conveniently.
