Is there an expiration for the YouBiz PayNow QR Code?

Please note, that generating PayNow QR code works differently between the mobile app and YouBiz website:

 

At the moment, PayNow QR Code generated within the YouBiz app will expire after 5 minutes. Should the QR Code expire before completing the transaction, you will need to generate a new PayNow QR Code.

 

PayNow QR Code generated via the YouBiz website is a static QR code and does not expire. It can be used repeatedly for various purposes:

  • Request Payments Online: Share the QR code with customers to request payments digitally
  • Print & Display for In-person Payments: Use the code physically at your location to collect payments
  • Self Top-up: Reuse the static code to top up your own SGD account
